I am writing to formally report that Counsel Gideon Tettey-Tetteh has defrauded me of a total amount of GHS 439,000, which I paid to him as job facilitation fees.

Counsel Tettey-Tetteh informed me that he had the capacity and necessary connections to secure employment for myself and several others at institutions such as GNPC, Ghana Gas, TOR, GPHA, SSNIT, Bank of Ghana, National Security, Immigration, and Customs. Based on these representations, I began sending him money between February and July 2025. However, no job has been provided to me or any of the other victims.

In June 2025, I began demanding a refund of the monies paid, but he repeatedly assured us that the processes were ongoing. We believed him because he claimed to be working closely with Mr. Edwudzi, CEO of NPA, and even stated that he had spoken with Mr. Kofi Adoli, Director-General of the National Signals Bureau (NSB), to facilitate my placement at the NSB due to their supposed close relationship. I have all evidence of these communications and transactions.

In the same month, three of the victims reported the matter to the Akropong Police Station. Following this, Counsel Tettey-Tetteh refunded only GHS 10,000 to them through me. He later sent one Ashie More to the station to plead with the Commander on his behalf.

On 23rd August 2025, at exactly 9:55 a.m., he sent me a message claiming that the Deputy CEO of Tema Shipyard had given him a welder slot and instructed me to sell it for GHS 10,000 so that the proceeds could be used to pay one of the complainants who had reported him at Akropong.

The situation has since worsened. The victims are now pursuing me personally, and my life and that of my family are at risk. Despite several appeals, Counsel Gideon Tettey-Tetteh has refused to refund the monies and instead resorts to threatening me whenever I ask for repayment.

Additionally, Ashie More’s personal assistant, Sandra (contact: 0501525832), has repeatedly called me, urging me to meet Mr. Ashie More regarding the issue — first when I attempted to report the case at the NDC office, and again on 18th September 2025 when the matter reached the Presidency. I declined both invitations, stating that I would only attend if my funds were to be refunded.

On 2nd October 2025, one of the victims reported me to the CID at Tema Community 1, leading to my arrest. This particular victim had paid GHS 20,000 to Counsel Tettey-Tetteh through me for a job at GNPC. I was forced to pay half of that amount (GHS 10,000) before I was released.

I am now under intense pressure from the victims to refund their monies, even though the funds were all paid to Counsel Tettey-Tetteh. I am therefore pleading for your urgent intervention to help me recover the total amount paid to him so that I can settle the victims and protect myself and my family from further harm.
